Rugby World Cup 1999 Special Services
To increase the capacity on peak services feeding the
Rugby World Cup matches, Cardiff Railway Co. employed Hood and D444. To
make the most of the opportunity these services were extended to other
parts of their network to appeal to the enthusiast mark too.
