West Ham FC Play-off Special
To transport many of the West Ham fans from East
London to the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Riviera Trains ran a
Stratford - Cardiff Special on the Bank Holiday Monday 30/5/05. 50031
and 50049 provided motive power throughout and the
"Hammers" won to the bonus.
And why did West Ham win? According to one of our correspondents
it is because they had a pair of Hoovers on their train, and all Preston
North End could muster was 67012!

with commemorative scarf as a headboard Hood and Defiance stand at
Stratford at the start of their trip to Wales.
