Membership

The Fifty Fund holds the following data (within the meaning of the Data Protection Act) about its membership to allow it to communicate:

• Name
• Address
• Membership reference number

No other information is held. The above information will not be given or sold to third parties for any reason what so ever (unless demanded in properly formed written form by a UK legal entity entitled to demand such information).

E-Broadcasts

The Fund Operates an E-mail broadcast system to keep interested members and other up to date with what is going on.

This system holds the following data (within the meaning of the Data Protection Act) about those who have signed up to receive e-mails.

• E-mail Address
• Name (not all entries)

No other information is held. The above information will not be given or sold to third parties for any reason what so ever (unless demanded in properly formed written form by a UK legal entity entitled to demand such information).
